All unit are of multiple bend construction for greater rigidly.

Each unit is provided with heavy duty corner strengthening pieces for added rigidity. All filing cabinets incorporate an anti-tilt mechanism, which allows only one drawer to be opened at a time, thus preventing the cabinets from toppling. Each drawer is designed to carry 30Kgs and is provided with full height sides and back cover thus forming a box construction for storage of stationary and filing pockets. Drawers with full height back cover will prevent the filling pockets from slipping off the suspension rails when fully loaded. For security reasons the base of each unit is fully concealed. The body and drawer edges are formed in such a way as to prevent dust, dampness, etc., from easily entering the unit when drawer are closed.

Heavy duty specially designed bottom corner pieces are used to uniformly distribute the load on the offset surfaces. The drawer are mounted on heavy duty trapped ball slides. The distance between the drawer sides is maintained to accommodation international standard filing pockets.
